Welcome to Fein Health, if you are suffering from pain, we can help.

Osteopathy and Naturopathy in Highbury and Old Street.

"I was referred to Josh with high expectations given what I had heard from his current clients and over the course of 2 months. He has not only met, but far exceeded any bar that had been set. Taking the time to understand the root cause and effect of the long-standing/chronic pain I had been living with for over 8 years, he put together a comprehensive recovery plan that has left me pain-free, totally functional and on the way to being stronger in both my ankle and shoulder than before the injury. I couldn’t recommend him, his knowledge and the way he operates, highly enough."

Hello, my name is Joshua Fein-Brown, M.Ost, DO, ND. I am a fully qualified and registered Osteopath and Naturopath. If you are in pain, I can help. The treatment I offer is specially tailored to the needs of each individual, ensuring high-quality care that is unique to you. Osteopaths treat the whole body, not just the spine, so wherever you hurt there will be something I can do.

First of all my job is to make sure that Osteopathy is the right kind of treatment for you. If it is not, it is my job to put you in touch with the people who can help. As a qualified primary care practitioner I have the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions and, with a thorough clinical examination, screen for anything serious that may need further investigation.

My special interest is in chronic pain. If you have had pain for longer than three months, then you are suffering from chronic pain. Very often these on-going pain conditions need an alternative approach. I believe in empowering patients to take control of their own health so that pain no longer governs what you can and cannot do.

I use a combination of hands-on manual therapy, movement education, and dietary advice.  All these tools I use help reduce pain, improve mobility and restore you back to where you want to be and beyond. Together we can make you healthier, stronger and more mobile. In my treatments you are the centre, whether you want to be rid of pain, have a better diet or just get better at moving, together we will make sure to do the best things to suit your individual needs every step of the way.

“Josh has provided me with excellent care, I came to him with back and neck problems that I have suffered with for a long time. I also suffer from Anxiety. Josh has helped me manage my pain and my anxiety, both of which have improved greatly. I have seen many Osteopaths over the years but his treatment has been very effective in the short time he has been treating me. He explains everything very clearly and always answers any questions I have in a way that I can understand. I find him very polite, professional and feel safe and comfortable with him as my practitioner.”

What osteopathy is

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It is a gentle and effective hands-on approach to healthcare, based on the principle that the way your body moves influences how it functions. Osteopaths work on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments, nervous system and connective tissues ensuring that all these structures of the body are functioning smoothly together. Osteopaths are highly competent primary healthcare professionals, recognised by the NHS as fully qualified to diagnose and treat independently. You do not need to see your GP before seeing your Osteopath.

People most commonly refer to osteopaths for:

Lower Back pain

Joint or muscular pain

Neck Pain
